Dear future Alma family,

I grew up in Germany as a child of Vietnamese parents. From an early age, I understood that migration is not a one-time event, but a long and often demanding journey.

My mother spent many years supporting Vietnamese immigrants as a social worker. Through her, I saw how often people arrived in Germany with huge hopes but completely inadequate preparation. I experienced what happens when families trust the wrong people—and what it truly takes to build a stable life in a foreign country.

I founded Alma because I saw too many young talents fail. Not because they weren’t capable, but because they were not prepared honestly. I saw families disappointed by brokers because they had sold only dreams. And I learned myself that the right support system determines whether you thrive or merely somehow make it through.

Alma is exactly the companion I would have wanted for my family back then. Someone who tells you the truth, prepares you thoroughly, and stands by your side at every hurdle. We do not promise easy paths. We promise honest paths. We do not sell dreams. We help you build them wisely.
