Employment data: CVs, educational background, work experience, language certificates (e.g. Goethe-Zertifikat B1/B2), and qualifications submitted as part of applications.
Application photos and videos: If you provide us with application photos or video interviews.
Usage data: Information about how you use our website, including pages visited, clicks, session duration, IP address, browser type, and operating system.
Cookies and tracking data: Data collected through cookies or similar technologies (see section 9).
We process your data on the following legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR):

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (Contract performance): For conducting the application and placement process as well as fulfilling pre-contractual measures.
Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (Legal obligation): Insofar as we are legally obliged to process data (e.g. residence and employment law).
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Legitimate interest): To improve our website, security, reach measurement and direct marketing.
For applications, Section 26 BDSG also applies (data processing in the employment context).
We use your data for:
- Processing applications and recruitment processes.
- Matching applicants and employers (dental practices in Germany).
- Communicating important updates, responses to inquiries, and service notifications.
- Improving our website, services, and user experience.
- Fulfilling legal obligations and protecting our rights.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your data is only shared with:
- Employers and partner practices for recruitment purposes, exclusively with your express consent.
- Language schools and educational partners in Vietnam, insofar as required for training preparation.
- Service providers (processors under Art. 28 GDPR) who support us in operating the website and our services (e.g. Framer as website hosting, email providers, IT service providers, analytics tools).
- Authorities, where required by law (e.g. immigration authorities, embassies in visa procedures).
We have entered into corresponding data processing agreements (DPAs) with all processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Since we place applicants from Vietnam with German employers, data is transferred to third countries outside the EU – in particular to Vietnam.
These transfers are based on:
- Your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR), or
- The necessity for performance of the contract (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR), or
- The EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR), where applicable.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of protection even in the case of international data transfers.

- Cookie and usage data: Depending on the cookie type, between 1 day and 24 months.
- Newsletter data: Until consent is withdrawn.
